Wound Care Registered Nurse Ii

The Wound Care Registered Nurse II provides professional nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers in a medical group setting. The nurse promotes patient independence, advocates for health promotion and preventative care, and collaborates with the care team to ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities include assessing patient care requirements, establishing personal rapport with patients, and documenting patient care services in accordance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support Certification is preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay range.
