Wound Care RN Responsibilities Manage preventativewound programs and wound treatment programs Complete woundanalysis reports Provides educationregarding wound management, prevention of pressure ulcers, support surfaces,dressing selections, and other therapies Conduct wound roundsto residents to monitor resident status and progress Administer prescribedmedication and procedures as necessary Notify other nursingpersonnel of any change in skin/woundcondition of residents Perform any servicesor assignments within the scope of practice of a wound care RN Wound Care RN Requirements Valid, current RNlicense Must be knowledgeableof nursing practices and procedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Exceptionalcommunication, customer service, and interpersonal skills COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred Wound carecertification Previous experience inlong-term care Previous experiencewith Point Click Care What We Offer Competitive pay scale Weekly payroll Medical and dentalcoverage Generous employee referral bonus 401k Paid time off CEU-eligible trainingprograms Ongoing leadership andprofessional development training Dedicated and localleadership support
