We are looking for a motivated educational professional to instruct our Social Studies classes for grades 7 and 8 along with 8th grade religion. The Social Studies teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering exciting lessons aligned with the curriculum.

Candidates should have a strong Religion and Social Studies background, demonstrate empathy, have good written and verbal communication skills, and ultimately have excellent classroom management abilities and engage students with the subject matter.

Duties and Responsibilities: Plan daily lessons Develop Religion and Social Studies learning activities and material for classes according to the established curriculum Lead students in developing appropriate skills associated with argumentation, document-based questions, written analyses, and historical concepts. Employ a variety of instructional techniques, instructional media, and performance assessments to guide the learning process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minor, or strong interest in one of the above areas Teacher certification Practicing Catholic Strong, empathetic classroom management
