The organization is seeking a hands-on person that is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. The right candidate will have: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Can work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.Must have the unique ability to manage operational needs while never losing sight of the client needs.Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.Ability to effectively communicate to managers, clients, customers, and coworkers.Some working knowledge of construction and blueprints a plus.Some experience working in project/job environment.Ability to work in a deadline orientated position.Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.Experience as an Account Manager or similar position. Some of the day-to-day activities will include: Work with Operations to proactively coordinate and help develop all aspects of operations – Pre-Show, Show-Site, and Post Show operations.Deliver the highest level of customer service; create customer loyalty.Work with clients to ensure that all their requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the field.Coordinate activities with vendors and facilities as needed.Monitor quality and consistency of service delivered in the field.Assist in ensuring all field documentation is done completely, accurately, and timely.Follow-up on billing and collections issuesSupport sales as needed.Work on special projects, as necessary. www.onlocationind.com
