Accounting Manager

We are seeking for an Accounting Manager for the Hotel Industry.
*Complete monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
*Prepare financial reports in QuickBooks.
*Prepare budgets and track expenses vs. budget.
*Prepare, enter invoices into QuickBooks and submit them.
*Post expenses to various firm projects and / or affiliates.
*Oversee tax, audit and invesor reporting compliance calendar across multiple entities.
*And other requirements to be discussed.
Requisitos:
*Undergraduate degree in Accounting; Minimum GPA: 3.0. *Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
*100% proficient in oral and written English and Spanish.
*Proficiency using QuickBooks Online.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Salary: $60,000 per annum + benefits.
