Accounting Specialist

What we are looking for:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
5 years of experience in the field of Accounting.
Demonstrate the ability to perform detailed accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly book closing, payroll analysis, and preparation of financial reports and analysis.
Record daily accounting transactions, including coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the monthly book closing, among other tasks.
Analyze and record transactions related to investment accounts.
Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits, and respond to bank inquiries.
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and federal tax obligations, and participate in the preparation of reports, including budgets and financial projections.
Coordinate external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Ensure the company complies with the terms and conditions established by financial institutions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities applicable to the position.
