Accounts Receivable

Job Overview
The Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the accounts receivable process. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Duties
Assist with bookkeeping of transactions in the different international territories
Manage accounts receivable for the different international territories
Reconcile intercompany transactions
Prepare accounts reconciliations
Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Provide payments reports to the Finance Department
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting
1–3-year related experience preferred
Ability to work with due dates
Data entry skills
Multicurrency accounting experience
Good written communication skills
Attention to detail
Microsoft literate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
