Job Description: Addison Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director. This is a temporary contract role designed to cover an extended leave, with a start date as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities: Handle confidential documents, including executive communications and HR paperworkManage the Executive Director's calendar and schedule appointmentsPrepare meeting minutes for staff and resident meetingsAct as the first point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and redirecting as necessaryOversee conference room reservations, ensuring no scheduling conflictsProcess incoming mail and assist with coding bills for corporate invoicingMaintain office supplies and equipment, handling orders and service requestsAssist with various special projects and provide support to other departments as needed Qualifications: 3-4+ years of administrative experience requiredExperience in healthcare or assisted living preferred, but not mandatoryHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulationExperience with invoicing and billingStrong communication skills, able to handle resident interactions professionallyAbility to work independently and quickly adapt to the role Additional Details: Contract position through the end of OctoberImmediate startBusiness professional dress codeInterviews will include a virtual meeting and onsite discussions with key leadership Perks: Opportunity to work with a highly respected organization in the healthcare industryGain experience in a dynamic and rewarding environmentPossibility for future opportunities based on performance Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
