Responsibilities: Assist in drafting offering materials such as executive summaries, investors presentations, etc.
Assist in investors due diligence requests Prepare in-depth quantitative financial analysis and modeling to determine optimal offering structure Conduct research to landscape potential investors Assist senior Bankers in Company /Fund valuations, market mapping, etc.
Analyze market trends, industries and strategies Requirements: Bachelors degree Experience 2 years +  Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word English Fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethics, attention to details Financially driven committed to meet strict deadlines.
