Assistant Payroll Processor

Job Summary:
Job Summary:
This position validates the wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings using payroll and atxes reports reports. Prepare payroll package and process payments to comply with the wage garnishment of our clients' employees.
Responsibilities:
Compile internal payroll reports from Elysium.
Execute financial transactions for payroll process.
Verify and validate payroll information using the QRR report.
Compile data or documentation.
Check data for recording errors.
Process and issue our client's employee's garnishment to the different government agencies.
Date entry into databases or software program.
Assist in payroll processing to the HR Consulting department.
Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Teamwork: Highly collaborative with other Intechsol' s leaders. Enjoys working in a small high caliber team with high visibility to supervisors. Able to work and liaise with multiple teams, deal with strict deadlines, able to prioritize workloads and help other team members to achieve team goals.
Proficient in payroll rules.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Administrative Assistant, Accounting or experience in payroll department.
Technology savvy.
Customer service oriented.
Knowledgeable in Software/Payroll/Human Resources
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11.50 per hour
