As the Assistant Taproom Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of front of house management, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. From staff education to menu development, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and provide guests with unforgettable experiences.

Work in a fast-paced and exciting environment Expand your industry skillsets in an environment that fosters education and growth Our management roles adhere to strict sub 45 hour work weeks to promote more attention to work-life balance Enjoy a range of benefits, including paid time off, competitive medical coverage, major holidays off, free daily meals, and employee discounts on all purchases Key Responsibilities: Oversee staff education, training, and scheduling Maintain adherence to high standards of service Work with our executive head chef to develop menus to enhance guest experience Develop menus to enhance guest experience Inventory Management Product knowledge and rollout Coordinate guest reservations with marketing and execution of private events Ensure accurate daily cash handling Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintaining maintenance schedules of mission critical systems Qualifications: Availability to work Tuesday-Sunday shifts, evenings, and weekends Certified Beer Server certification required within 60 days of hire Familiarity with local alcohol service laws TIPS certification within 60 days of hire 2-3 years of service industry management experience minimum Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
