We are looking for an energetic and driven Associate Program Manager of Business Excellence, which will be based in the Global Quality Excellence organization. The position will manage the design, development, implementation, maintenance, reporting and financial analysis of specified continuous improvement programs with a post market surveillance, quality assurance lens.
What You'll Work On Creates and executes new program-project work plans, playbooks, and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements, and overall program goals. Support strategic and tactical planning of complex new programs and process improvement projects aligned with divisional goals and imperatives. Focus areas may include customer experience improvement, product performance, digital product support, documentation, over-all process optimization and quality assurance feedback loop effectiveness. Lead, coordinate and/or participate on cross-functional team activities from concept phase through launch phase, and potential decommissioning. Responsible and accountable for meeting program development requirements, meeting program cost goals, quality objectives and time-to-launch objectives. Communicate and support creating or maintaining metrics/reports related to project health and/or program performance. Imperative to this role will be its supporting quality and/or compliance implementation and maintenance of programs aligned to the Division's Quality Management System. Supports Sr. Program Manager, Business Excellence on quality programs enabling ADC business. Analyze complex problems including those related to project risk and identify their impact. Establish mitigations and communication plans/forums. Collaborate with cross-functional teams that may include research & development, manufacturing, third party manufacturers, complaint investigators, digital work teams, and data analysts. Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System. Supports metrics, reporting and business analytics related to quality assurance. Delivers strategic results in conjunction with division goals and objectives. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years professional experience. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science or a closely related discipline preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Complex, technical program / project management to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position. Skilled in project planning and management. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated good judgment. Working knowledge of new product development methodologies. Ability to be creative in achieving objectives while assuring compliance to internal and external requirements. Ability to utilize commonly accepted project management tools to assist in the development of and adherence to a schedule. Ability or aptitude to work on problems that are complex in scope where analysis of situations or data involves multiple competing factors. Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships. Display socially and professionally appropriate behavior. Ability to work independently and in groups. Ability to work cross-functionally; ability and aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software. Ability to prioritize.
