Overview:
The Associate Project Manager - Customer Support (Vegetation Management) will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure project goals are aligned and progressing smoothly. This role requires a deep understanding of the specific program and regional nuances, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating customer issue resolutions and planning events for various programs. The Project Manager will oversee the schedule for resolving customer constraints and identify opportunities for increased efficiency to help clients achieve or exceed their year-end goals.
Responsibilities:
Create schedules and delegate tasks to appropriate team members. Manage client relationships and ensure successful project execution. Prepare and present project deliverables, including reports and production updates. Demonstrate adaptability by performing a wide variety of tasks and quickly changing focus as demands evolve. Communicate and influence effectively with internal and external contacts at various levels using excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collect, analyze, and present data to leadership at all levels. Provide reporting metrics to show how the overall region and various functional areas are performing. Verify corrective actions are implemented and validate their effectiveness to prevent recurrence of issues. Generate summary reports and communicate the results of cause evaluations. Provide feedback and recommendations on systemic issues to various stakeholders. Promote teamwork and create partnerships within and across groups. Analyze large amounts of data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions. Act as a single point of contact between regional client representatives and TRC. Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to client and TRC safety policies. Implement corrective actions to minimize recurring issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Biology, a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in PowerBI, OneVizion, ARCGIS, and Google Earth. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Paid time off contingent upon full time or part time status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year). All full-time employees enjoy a minimum of 8 Paid Holidays per year. TRC ensures that all employees, including those that work part-time, receive paid sick, family, and disability leave in accordance with the laws of their state of residence. *These benefits are applicable to US employees depending on their employment status (full time, part time, or temporary). Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Companys annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
