Associate
to be based out of
Puerto Rico

Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree with emphasis on structural Engineering, Master's preferred
· 10 years of experience in a comparable structural engineering company performing design of buildings and structures
· Client and project management experience on structural engineering projects from concept design through construction administration as lead engineer on projects with teams of 2 or more engineers and designers is preferred
· In depth experience with structural analysis and design of vertical structures of commonly used materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, and wood as project manager/project lead for engineering projects
· A local network of client contacts and business development skills is preferred
· OSHPD and DSA experience; ASCE 41, or performance-based designexperience is preferred
· Proficiency in writing and oral presentations
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Puerto Rico PE license required; Puerto Rico SE license preferred
· Fluent in English, both verbally and written
