As an Automation Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in implementing automation, streamlining processes, and finding new ways to leverage artificial intelligence to catapult our business operations.
You will develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, automation tools like Zapier and Google App Scripts, and data visualization tools like Looker Dashboards to provide real-time reporting for stakeholders across the company.
You are a self-directed, analytical thinker who is open to testing new software and comfortable navigating uncharted territories.
Responsibilities: Build automated reporting processes using tools such as Zapier, Asana, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and ChatGPT.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, proactively identify risks, recommend necessary adjustments, and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with Content, Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure clear communication and that projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
Independently identify and implement operational workflow improvements, increasing team productivity and reducing inefficiencies Document and standardize operational processes for consistency and clarity across projects.
Track and monitor resource allocation to optimize team capacity and ensure timely project delivery.
Support change management efforts by assisting in the rollout of new processes or tools and providing training/resources as needed.
Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies in the marketing space to ensure continuous innovation.
Design and execute AI-driven strategies to optimize workflows and reduce manual overhead and analysis.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Marketing, or Business from an accredited university.
3+ years experience in content project management.
Experience using tools such as Zapier, Asana, Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Google App Scripts, with the ability to build and optimize automation workflows.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console (GSC), and other analytics platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional digital marketing or technology environment.
Experience with change management processes, including supporting teams through transitions in workflows and tools.
