Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking Aftermarket Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you will help customers customize their new vehicle. Many of our clients want to personalize their vehicles to match their unique style. We offer a vast array of products that will enhance aesthetics, improve comfort, increase functionality, and protect and preserve the beauty of their vehicle.
Responsibilities Communicate with customers to determine their aftermarket product needs Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, products and services that we offer Maintain customer information in our customer relationship management system Coordinate with vendors for installation of products Educate customers on function and use of products purchased Ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with all products Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all aftermarket products offered Maintain quality relationships with customer, team members and vendors Requirements A successful candidate will possess strong communications skills, high energy, exceptional organizational skills and be a self-starter.
Sales and customer service experience is preferred but not required Must be available to work retail business hours including nights and weekends Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships Driven, competitive, and willing to work in a team environment Must be authorized to work in the USA Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driver's license check, and drug test Must have a valid/not expired driver's license Benefits We don't take a "one-size-fits-all" approach regarding our employee's Benefits.
