In this position, you will take ownership of essential compensation activities, including policy management, stakeholder advisory, responding to inquiries, bonus and salary forecasting, budgeting, planning, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in European compensation regulation and participate in broader global compensation projects.

This on-site role, located in our client's Boston offices, requires a presence three days a week and offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of European regulations. A competitive bonus and benefits are provided as well.
