Bakery Manager

The Bakery Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring efficient production and exceptional customer service.
*Duties*
- Manage bakery staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Monitor quality of baked goods and provide feedback to the baking team
- Collaborate with Assistant Managers to achieve bakery goals
*Skills*
- Strong background in food service management
- Ability to cook and supervise baking processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and service
- Familiarity with food management principles
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a bakery or similar setting
