The Center for Community Health, opening January 2021 in the heart of Park Slope at our NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, will set a new bar in personalized outpatient carefrom diagnosis to treatmentby integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to provide the highest quality care and enhance the patient experience.
This 400,000 -square foot, multi-specialty ambulatory center encompasses a Comprehensive Cancer and Women's Health Center, 12 ambulatory surgery operating rooms and Multispecialty physician practices. Our new state-of-the-art building encompasses three 600 ton chillers, five individual air handling units and Schneider control systems.
Barista - Center for Community Health - Part-Time - Day Shift

In the role of Barista, you will be work in a specific retail area, in a warm and inviting customer focused area. Responsibilities include producing and serving hot and cold foods, preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, sanitation and cleaning, stocking and organization, cashiering and providing excellent customer service. Showcase your superior customer service skills by delivering exceptional service & enhancing the overall patient and visitor encounter.
This is a part-time day shift position 7:00am-11:00am Monday-Friday, located at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Center for Community Health. Preferred Criteria: Work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment, such as cafes. Barista experience. Servsafe Certification Required Criteria: High School Diploma or GED. Two years of food service experience. Basic computer literacy. Work requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, reaching.
