We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team at Garber Chevrolet Highland. In this role, you will be a key member of our Financial Services department, focused on serving Spanish-speaking customers.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automotive finance and insurance, exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
WHAT WE OFFER Best pay plan in the Chicagoland area Medical and Dental 401K Plan Competitive wages Paid time off and vacation Discounts on products and services Paid Training RESPONSIBILITIES Help customers arrange the financing of their purchases Present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines Prepare paperwork, contracts and delivers deals Accurately audit team deals post-sale Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts Strictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core values Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a large volume dealership setting Previous dealership Finance / F&I experience is required Must be AFIP certified and be fully proficient with title laws and registration process Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing, financing, and trade-in evaluations Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional personal appearance Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
