What you'll doAs a Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be a key partner in supporting brand marketing initiatives that enhance our market presence, drive brand awareness, and support our mission and vision. You'll translate the Brex brand across various channels and touchpoints, including how our brand is expressed externally in campaigns, billboards, brand and content partnerships, events, and the internal expression of the brand to enable employees to be brand champions. Beyond, you'll assist with brand management operations and support advocacy initiatives to drive brand love and foster customer loyalty.
ResponsibilitiesWe seek a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic brand marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the ideal candidate will support the brand marketing team in the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, helping to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement, and build advocacy with our customer base.
Close partnership with Brand Marketing LeadAssist with managing brand campaigns, including strategy, planning, trafficking, QA, and reporting.Provide administrative and project management support for brand and content partnerships.Assist in overseeing relationships with external media and creative agencies.Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines.Support brand health research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.Out-of-Home (OOH) Media SupportPartner with the Head of OOH Media to support billboard and customer reward redemption campaigns.Assist in the planning and execution of OOH media including coordinating logistics and materials for OOH media placements and campaigns.Customer Advocacy ProgramIdentify potential customer advocates within our client base and work collaboratively with the Customer Success and CX teams to engage and nurture them.Assist with operationalizing advocacy program.Experiment with new ways of driving advocacy and report on progress and wins.RequirementsFour years of experience in effectively bringing a technology, finance, or B2B brand to life.Experience in developing brand marketing strategies that align with business goals.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.Experience collaborating with external agency partners (media/creative) or prior media agency experience.Proven track record of working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritization and ability to manage multiple tasks.Intellectual curiosity, ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, understand products/technologies, and changing market dynamics.Ability to navigate a matrix organization and represent the team with integrity, professionalism, and self-sufficiency.A passion for storytelling, a commitment to craftsmanship, and an obsession with detail and the ability to distill the complex into clear and concise program approaches.Familiarity with the latest brand marketing trends, tools, and technologies.CompensationThe expected salary range for this role is $98,536 - $123,170. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
