About the Role The Company is seeking a Brand President to lead a team of business coaches and trainers in providing exceptional support to franchisees. The successful candidate will be a champion of support services, including customer contact center, marketing, and technology, and will be responsible for elevating the brand as a trailblazer. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the development of the brand's franchise and franchisee operations, creating and documenting operational best practices and KPIs, monitoring franchise metrics, and implementing improvement strategies. The Brand President will also be tasked with providing guidance to maximize franchisee investments, assisting with marketing strategies, and serving as the escalation point for franchisee issues.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of management experience in a franchise or service industry, strong financial skills, and a proven track record in coaching and motivating teams. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with technology, and the ability to negotiate, influence, and manage relationships in a high-paced environment. The Brand President will also be involved in the hiring and training of new staff members and will work closely with the franchise sales team during the discovery and sales process. The position demands a strategic leader who can drive the brand's success and ensure the satisfaction and growth of the franchisee network.
