What you'll doDocusign is seeking a highly skilled and diligent Technical Business Analyst to join our End User Engineering team. The ideal candidate will collect and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring initiatives align with IT and Company objectives to deliver maximum value. This role will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, developers, and project managers to analyze, document, and implement technology-driven solutions.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of End User Engineering.
Responsibility Collect, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and processes, finding opportunities to enhance end user productivityTranslate business requirements into functional specifications tailored for the Cloud apps ecosystemCreate and analyze as-is and to-be business process diagrams and workflowsPrepare and lead user acceptance testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirementsDeliver training and support to end-users on new processes and systems implementedServe as the main interface for data analysis and access scoping for integrations to various systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce)Facilitate business reviews, vendor relationships, and contract renewals with multiple cloud app providersBuild critical trust and relationships with business and technical partnersJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bringBasic 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree; or 3+ years of related experience with a Master's degree in Computer Science or related degreeExperience with Product Management frameworkExperience with one of the programming/scripting languages, such as Python and PowerShellExperience with Scrum, Agile and continuous integration and continuous deployment practicesTableau, Qlik and Alteryx experience, or working knowledge of any BI toolsPreferred Solid understanding of Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and well known directory servicesExperience working with identity and access management including unified profiles and role based access controlExperience in implementing data, apps or workflows with other SaaS systemsGood understanding of APIs and RESTful servicesProject management experience (i.e., handling projects and org wide application updates)Understanding of AI and machine learning conceptsGood communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive relationship with the BusinessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracyWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $114,200.00 - $177,100.00 base salary
