Business Development
Representative
to join their collaborative team in based out of Chicago.
This is a rare opportunity for an early career leasing or investment sales broker to leverage their industry knowledge & sales expertise in a lucrative commercial real estate (CRE) focused sales role with unlimited financial upside and growth potential.
This role is hybrid, working in person 3-4 days/week in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.
A day in the life of the successful
Business Development Representative
includes, but is not limited to:
Procuring and maintaining new CRE development projects through prospecting and networking
Collaborating with firm Principals & team members to pursue repeat & referral business
Scheduling & conducting persuasive in-person meetings with prospective clients
Attending industry conferences, trade shows, & other networking events to expand the firm's base
Following up on & qualifying leads from company seminars and marketing initiatives
Requirements
The ideal
Business Development Representative
candidate possesses the following skills & experience:
2-4+ years of progressively more successful CRE sales, leasing, or development experience
Experience with STNL, medical, healthcare, veterinary, or related asset classes is highly preferred
Demonstrated track-record of success in building relationships with key decision makers in the CRE development process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on conversational CRE terminology concepts
Strong interpersonal skills, including creating and fostering long-term client relationships
Intrisically self-motivated, and able to work successfully in a team environment
