*This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Work will be performed in a HYBRID work setting - some WFH days, and some in-office days. Candidates should reside within reasonable driving distance to our office located at 770 Kinnear Road, Columbus, OH 43212.*

Position Overview

Consistent with the mission, vision and values of Lifeline of Ohio, the BI Analyst is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and analyzing organizational performance-related data to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives and support business decision making processes. They will provide business intelligence and data management solutions for the organization in collaboration with a partner organization's business intelligence counterpart. Works with end users, partners, vendors, strategy teams, and leadership to analyze data, design and program reports, with focus on the appropriate use of analysis in the achievement of organizations goals and objectives.

Process Improvement Responsibilities Collects, analyzes, and reports data and information using statistical techniques to support the identification of trends or issues as areas of improvement Participates in quality improvement project teams to analyze the impact of quality improvement initiatives Helps with identifying measurement of quality improvement projects to support continuous learning Attends industry related meetings, medical director meetings, and any meetings focused on performance improvements in the clinical space Business Intelligence Responsibilities Prepares presentations and presents information to leadership and staff that can be used to drive action and decision-making using tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau or Excel Manages business intelligence requests, effectively prioritizing, communicating with requestors and meeting deadlines Identifies and compiles appropriate data using various information management tools for the creation of sophisticated reporting and effective measurement of organizational performance Performs organizational performance projections to support strategic planning and evaluation Manages reporting tools and metadata to provide end users the capability to perform their own data analysis Provides tools, resources and end-user training on business intelligence tools Creates and produces reports, dashboards, charts and graphs using pre-defined databases, creating data visualizations that support analysis and information Works with end users to identify business requirements for reporting and analysis, validates the results, and ensures data quality Performs ad hoc queries and ongoing analysis to support decision-making and assess performance Ensures valid data meets user needs Serves on the electronic charting database (iTransplant) team to evaluate the impact to data management and reporting, ensuring updates to documentation and reporting are completed Facilitates the change management process for various systems and databases, including TrackVia and Tableau Tracks and trends OPO data against internal and external benchmarks Develops and implements effective data and change management techniques to ensure consistent and accurate data and knowledge management Perform other duties and complete special projects as assigned

Requirements
