We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in loan origination.

Responsibilities:

Originate and process mortgage loans from application to closing Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers Stay informed of trends and developments in the real estate market and mortgage industry Utilize loan origination software (e.g., Calyx Point) to facilitate the loan process Ensure compliance with FNMA guidelines and TILA requirements Requirements:
