NOTE: This position is within our sister company, DJV. This is also not a Customer Service position.
We are seeking a Call Center Placement Consultant who will be required to make outbound calls (200+) per day to our network of driver candidates and potential students (warm leads) who are looking for new opportunities and educational programs. You will also be expected to take any incoming calls or chat requests generated from our digital marketing efforts, on behalf of our clients. Since this is a telephone-centric role, we are seeking self-starters, with an outgoing personality, engaging demeanor, and friendly attitude.
What you will do:
•Outbound dial to our network of candidates to present our career and trade school opportunities
•Track and identify prospective candidates using our CRM software
•Work with driver candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job and there is a good cultural fit for the job
•Follow up with drivers to ensure completion of hiring process
•Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's application and transition
•Conduct conversations with potential students to understand their desired career pathway
•Connect trade school prospects with campus recruiters for further discussion
•Potential to find and develop new opportunities
What you will need:
•High School Diploma (college preferred)
•Recent, continuous work history
•Good attendance record
•Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
•High attention to detail
•Well-spoken with great communication skills (verbal & written)
-Some sales activity required
