Call Center Representative

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls on time
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services.
Follow up with customers upon requests
Research every issue and provide solutions to the customer.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken in a in a comprehensible manner
Use of Systems as Salesforce, CRM, etc.
Build strong relationships with customers
Follow our customer engagement strategy
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience on Customer Service role with proven track record of success.
Fluent in Spanish and English IS A MUST.
Quick, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
Adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to coping with the changing demands of the job.
Ability to exhibit solution-oriented problem-solving approach and maintaining objectivity.
Self-motivated, team player, detail oriented, and well organized.
This role is non-remote and will be based in our San Juan, Puerto Rico headquarters.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
