Position Summary:
The Campus Recruiting Associate Specialist is responsible for effectively recruiting top talent for the Company. They will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to execute and deliver strategic and tactical campus recruiting programs to attract top talent to Athletico, in support of business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: full life cycle recruitment of clinical rotation students and recent graduates of clinical programs, recruitment efforts surrounding employer brand differentiation, candidate engagement, relationship building with colleges and event management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead overall coordination and execution of campus events Manage full life cycle recruitment process for campus and early career clinical candidates Establish and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to identify campus hiring needs & quality candidates Lead relationship building on campus with students, career services, academic personnel and student organizations With direction from Talent Acquisition leadership, lead planning, implementation, and execution of internship programs and early identification talent programs Increase the quality and diversity of our long-term hiring pipeline and expand Athleticos brand across our core school framework Collaborate with broader Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and cross functional managers on annual hiring plans, budgets and calendar of events Influence hiring managers, field leaders, and broader HR team on adopting talent acquisition strategies and processes that yield high-performing talent Track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven campus recruiting related decisions Develop innovative, creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build high quality active and passive candidate pipelines. Stay informed of workforce trends and innovative recruitment techniques Participate in intervention meetings with field and Talent Acquisition partners, as appropriate, to understand local recruiting challenges and identify countermeasures Design and develop ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies Oversee maintenance of various HR systems, including ATS (applicant tracking systems), CRM (client relationship management) and onboarding platforms Counsel hiring managers on best practices for interviewing Ensure that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations Participate in special projects as needed Core Competencies: Communicate effectively Continuous learner Resolution oriented Drives service excellence Qualifications: Education: A Bachelors Degree preferred in Human Resources or related experience preferred Work Experience: 1+ years of college relations and/or campus recruiting preferred 1+ years of HR experience within a healthcare organization highly desired Certification/Licensure: Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in campus recruiting programs Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational skills and time management skills Ability to prioritize changing workloads Strong attention to detail Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starter Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness and ability to travel up to 30 40%, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position Language Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently Physical Demands: Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.) Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding) Work Environment: Internal office The noise level in the work environment is usually low Athletico provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
