**Who We Need**
**Immediately Hiring Caregivers seeking flexible work schedules to work on an On-call basis in our Pool program. Positions work with Adult clients in various Copa Health Group homes and Day program sites, offering multiple flexible shifts throughout the East Valley.**
**Pay is $13.50 for part time/PRN. Weekend, day, overnights shifts available.**
**Requirements**
Requires any combination of training, education, and/or experience equal to a high school diploma or GED
A minimum age of 18 years old
A minimum of three (3) months of care-giving experience, in the field of disabilities (Paid or unpaid), preferred
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must have, or have the ability to pass the background checks to obtain, a Level One (1) Fingerprint Clearance Card
Ability to meet Copa Healths driver eligibility requirements, as applicable. Including; current AZ drivers license and a clean 39-month driving record, reliable transportation, current AZ Registration and insurance
Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds, stoop and bend comfortably in all positions
Must be comfortable assisting in bathing, dressing and overall hygiene of clients
