Cage Cashier
The Cage Cashier, which may also be referred to as Front Window Cashier, Fill Bank Cashier or Marker Bank Cashier, is responsible for controlling his/her individual bankroll during their assigned shift. He/She also prepares the summary of all receipts and disbursements made during the shift
Duties:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Perform cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or bank
- Handle large amounts of cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
- Process customer transactions, including cashing checks, and redeeming gaming vouchers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Skills:
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Experience using a cash register or bank for cash transactions
- 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Must be licensed by the PR Casino Gaming Division
Successfully completed Cage Cashier orientation training
Knowledge of Casino rules, regulations and procedures
Upon Completion of the (90) Day Probationary Period, the Cage Cashier will be required to be competent in the Cage Cashier position defined in the SOPs.
Systems knowledge and the ability to work in a digital work environment.
Previous cashier or bank teller experience.
