**Catering Assistant**
Commissary, 720 Harmon Ave, Columbus, Ohio, United States of America Req #152 Thursday, May 6, 2021 **What You'll Do:**The Catering Assistant is responsible for coordinating and executing administrative processes to ensure the overall efficiency of the Condado Tacos Catering Department. The Administrative Assistant will serve as an information resource, and will perform general clerical duties such as answering phones and processing weekly reports. They are responsible for upholding Condado Tacos standards for accuracy, efficiency and quality, as they relate to administrative functions.
**Duties/Responsibilities:**
* Maintaining and responding to all catering emails
* Help maintain the catering calendar for client follow ups
* Communication with store locations on important catering orders and events
* Answer the catering phone line and communicate with guests on necessary catering information (i.e. catering orders, catering menus, types of service, guest recovery, etc)
* Enter catering orders taken over the phone into our ezcater platform
* Maintain daily delivery schedule and scheduling of drivers and delivery routes
* Assist with responses to catering inquiries and any additional customer service needs
* Responsible for assisting with vehicle and equipment maintenance and records
* Maintaining inventory and ensuring there is no shortage of supplies
* Order supplies as needed (with management approval)
* Help maintain catering training information for all new store openings
* Maintain entering all catering orders into point of sale for all restaurant locations
* Option to participate in full service events
**Required Skills/Abilities:**
* Must be proficient in word, excel, google docs/drive
* Excellent organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* Highschool diploma; college degree preferred
* High level multitasking
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required
**Compensation:**
* $18/hour
