About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its pioneering diversity initiative within the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADR and a deep commitment to DEI, with the skills to lead initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, financial management, compliance, and relationship management. The CEO will also be the face of the organization, representing it at public events, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be the first full-time staff member, and as such, must be adept at operational excellence, with a focus on optimizing processes to meet the organization's strategic goals. Strong communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence are essential, as is a dedication to the values of the initiative.
