About the Role The Company is seeking a Global Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of significant growth in the online training courses business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, with a focus on doubling the business over the next 3-10 years through direct-to-consumer and business-to-consumer customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can inspire and lead transformational change, particularly in the areas of people, process, technology, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a background as a previous CEO or COO, with experience in scaling a business through the $30MM - $50MM+ revenue curve, and a proven track record of success, preferably through to the $100MM+ level.
Key responsibilities for the Global Chief Executive Officer include overseeing the company's global and remote distributed teams, with a strong emphasis on cross-border and multicultural management. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the USA consumer business, particularly in the fields of professional training, coaching, mentoring, and e-learning. The candidate should be highly educated, with a degree, MBA, or PhD, and have a strong interest in personal development, training, and coaching. The position is ideal for someone with a background in a similar role, who is adept at managing operational playbooks, budgets, and is known for their good job stability and past references. The CEO will work closely with the Founder, who will transition to the role of Chairman, and must be prepared for a close partnership during the innovation and support phase of the business.
