The CEO will be responsible for strategic and operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of care, and maintaining a culture of compassion, effectiveness, dignity, innovation, and equity. This role involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors, managing all aspects of the organization's activities, and serving as the face of the company to various stakeholders.
Candidates for the CEO position should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a complex, mission-driven healthcare or human services organization. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, a proven track record in philanthropic efforts, and experience in enhancing the organization's brand. Key responsibilities include financial management, program development, and fostering a culture of safety, security, and social justice. The CEO will also be expected to lead the Executive Team, mentor staff, and actively engage in community and government relations. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are essential.
