The CEO will work in partnership with the Board of Directors to develop and execute a strategic vision that aligns with the organization's core values. This includes ensuring the organizational structure and staff resources are in place to achieve long-term goals, staying abreast of industry standards, and fostering a culture of innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for fundraising, financial management, program development, and community engagement. They must have a passionate drive to serve marginalized populations, a strong track record of leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

The ideal CEO for the company will have a proven track record in organizational leadership, vision, and team management. They should be a compelling storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a team builder with a focus on achieving the mission. Experience in financial services, including CDFI organizations, credit unions, and Fintech firms, is essential. The role requires a leader who can inspire and mentor staff, ensure the financial sustainability of the organization, and maintain high-quality program models. The CEO will also be expected to be an advocate for financial wellness and inclusivity, representing the organization to a wide range of audiences.
