The successful candidate will be a bold and innovative leader with a deep commitment to racial and gender equity. Working closely with the board and senior leadership team, the President & CEO will be responsible for establishing a vision, strategic plan, and business model to guide the organization. This pivotal role requires a leader with significant experience in key leadership positions, exceptional communication and ambassadorial skills, extensive fundraising experience, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in the philanthrophic or for-profit sector, who can demonstrate business and strategic acumen, as well as the ability to lead, manage, and develop diverse teams. The role is at the forefront of thought leadership on issues intersecting race and gender, and the ideal candidate will have the skills for innovative problem-solving in this complex and challenging landscape. The position is hybrid, with a requirement for a regular presence at the organization's office and Boston-area events, as well as local and regional travel for mission-related activities.
