The CFO will be a key partner to the Executive Leadership team, ensuring the company's financial performance aligns with strategic plans and targets. This role involves overseeing all financial aspects, including planning, analysis, accounting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. The CFO will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reports, managing cash flow, and leading the Finance and Accounting department to be a strong business partner across all company functions. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree (MBA) and/or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or business administration, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. The role requires a leader with a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence prudent spending and identify opportunities for savings. The CFO will also be involved in M&A activities, so experience in this area is a plus.
