Candidates for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A CPA designation or equivalent financial management experience is required. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in financial management, particularly within a nonprofit or healthcare-related organization, is essential.
