They will also lead the financial team in providing insights on financial performance, managing the financial planning processes, and overseeing all financial operations, including the final stages of an ERP implementation.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior finance or operational leadership role, with a preference for those who have experience in a PE-backed environment and a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models. The role requires a finance professional with exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and a talent for driving operational initiatives that align with long-term business goals. The CFO will also be responsible for leading due diligence and integration efforts for M&A activities, managing relationships with investors and financial institutions, and mentoring a high-performing finance team. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an MBA or CPA is preferred.
