About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in the financial operations of the firm's portfolio companies, with a focus on driving operational improvements and optimizing financial performance. This hands-on role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in private equity, particularly in operationally intensive buyouts. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial oversight, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, and will work closely with the firm's leadership to ensure that the portfolio companies are efficient, meet financial targets, and deliver strong returns on investment.

The ideal CFO will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities for the role include providing analytical leadership, process optimization, and supporting the firm's investment strategies. The CFO should be adept at leading across multiple business functions, such as operations, IT, and HR, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong financial analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence and drive change are essential.
