This leadership role involves overseeing all marketing operations, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and advertising. The CMO will also be responsible for leading market research initiatives, collaborating with product development teams, and managing a marketing budget. A key focus for the CMO will be to ensure that the marketing strategies align with the ever-evolving web3 landscape and the seamless integration of hardware and software.
Applicants for the CMO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of marketing experience, including a proven track record in leadership roles, is required. Candidates must have a strong background in the Web3, crypto, and blockchain industry, as well as expertise in user acquisition and growth. Experience with token generation events (TGE) is also a necessary qualification. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic skills. The ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, and to translate complex ideas into actionable plans, is essential.
