The CoS will work directly with the Co-Founder/CEO, serving as the product manager of the CEO's operating system and strategic vision. This pivotal role demands a powerhouse multitasker who is highly adaptable, capable of advising on high-level strategic decisions, and also meticulous about the smallest details, particularly in the context of the next round of financing. The successful candidate will be a strategic, trusted partner, an analytical thinker, a super organizer, a clear communicator, and an expert integrator. Responsibilities include fundraising support, CEO operations, acting as a force multiplier for the CEO, business operations, program management, and team alignment.
Applicants for the CoS position at the company should have 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably in Biz Ops and/or Program/Product Management roles within Series C or later-stage VC-backed consumer tech companies. An MBA is preferred, with a background that may include startup leadership roles post-MBA, management consulting, or investment banking. The role requires a candidate who can manage sensitive information with discretion, advise using data and analytics, and lead confidently in various settings. The CoS will be instrumental in driving the company towards key milestones, including an oversubscribed Series C, and must be dedicated to the mission of making everyday essentials management effortless and sustainable. The company values a diverse set of perspectives and encourages individuals with a passion for sustainability to apply, even if their experience has taken non-traditional paths.
