The successful candidate will be responsible for principal support, including the prioritization of the Executive Director's time, preparation for engagements, and driving cross-functional projects of strategic importance. This role demands a proactive and strategic mindset, with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment. The Chief of Staff will also oversee the Executive Leadership Team, driving communication and coordination across various teams and serving as a resource for programmatic leaders.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 7-10 years of relevant work experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. A proven track record of collaborative work and a commitment to the values of economic, race, and gender justice, particularly in the context of issues facing low-wage workers, is essential.
