About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and play a pivotal role in the organization. This demanding position requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an MBA is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of experience working directly with a high-level executive or executive team. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in the organization's growth, participating in the planning and hiring process to address human capital and resource gaps.
