About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and play a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be the CEO's right hand, responsible for prioritizing and aligning the CEO's agenda with strategic priorities. The Chief of Staff will be involved in operational management, capacity building, and project management, ensuring that the CEO's vision is effectively communicated and executed. Key responsibilities include managing key relationships, representing the CEO in important meetings, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in media, strong business acumen, and experience in strategic planning and project management.

This demanding position requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an MBA is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of experience working directly with a high-level executive or executive team. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in the organization's growth, participating in the planning and hiring process to address human capital and resource gaps. The role demands an individual with excellent leadership and people management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, and a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
