The successful candidate will be a key problem solver, communicator, and facilitator within the Product Segment organization. This role involves analyzing and synthesizing data from various sources, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the organization is at the forefront for customers. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for strategic management of objectives, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, and providing coaching and guidance to keep all leaders aligned and executing objectives.
Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being a plus, and at least 5 years of experience in a business analyst or Chief of Staff role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industries. The role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and adaptability, as well as a proven track record of success in translating executive priorities into actionable plans. Strong executive presence, excellent communication, and a customer-obsessed mindset are essential. Experience in business operations, planning, business transformation, or management consulting is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder management situations, and be adept at handling ambiguity and uncertainty.
