The successful candidate will work closely with the VP and leadership team on a variety of critical business and functional topics, ensuring the setting, refreshing, and execution of goals and priorities. This position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to balance multiple tasks, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of clear and effective communication. The role involves managing team communications, operational processes, and organizational planning, as well as supporting colleague engagement and learning and development initiatives. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing high-quality presentations, providing strategic support on various issues, and leading ad hoc strategic projects as needed.
Applicants must be autonomous problem solvers, solution-oriented, and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across partner teams. A strong sense of integrity, sound business judgment, and a customer-first approach are essential. The role demands a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a preference for candidates with experience in a consulting or business strategy context, and knowledge of operational risk or control management practices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data, and draw relevant insights to communicate recommendations effectively.
