About the Role The Company is in need of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership for its addiction treatment and mental health services. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation, including business development, process improvement, and expansion of services. This role requires a seasoned healthcare leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, process improvement, and marketing, as well as strong management skills to lead a team of professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Applicants for the COO position at the company must be passionate about substance abuse treatment and mental health, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, expanding operations to include additional services, and executing marketing plans to increase patient awareness. The successful candidate will also be expected to have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and experience with relevant health regulations and guidelines. A CASAC certification is preferred. The COO will work closely with the leadership team to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, and to ensure that the company's mission of making a difference in the community is upheld.
