The successful candidate will be an experienced, collaborative leader, builder, and problem solver. The COO will play a pivotal role in the organization, contributing to the mission of providing pathways for young people to achieve successful careers. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency, and ensuring the organization's resources are effectively utilized to support its goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership within a nonprofit or similar setting, with a strong focus on operational excellence and a passion for making a positive impact on the community.

The Chief Operating Officer at the company will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO and other leaders to steer the organization towards continued success. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, a leader who can inspire and mentor staff, and a professional with a deep commitment to the values and goals of the organization. The COO will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, as well as for building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree. Experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit, particularly in the areas of education, training, or workforce development, is highly valued.
