About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a strong background in strategy, leadership, and growth marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams, driving transformational growth, and managing change in a strategic yet hands-on manner. The role requires a leader who can inspire people, has a proven track record in high-growth environments, and can demonstrate past success in growing a B2C or consumer services company to significant revenue milestones. Experience in consumer financial services, health, disability or benefits insurance claims, contact center operations, BPO customer sales and service, consumer legal services, or social security is essential.
The ideal candidate for the CRO position at the company will have previously held a similar executive role in a large operating company and be well-versed in business processes and customer knowledge within the specified industries. Expert leadership skills, a strong understanding of people, processes, technology, and project management, and a history of successful IPOs or M&A activities are also key requirements. The role demands a mature, well-developed communicator who is self-confident, highly motivated, resilient and acts with integrity. A degree or MBA qualification is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at working with budgets and numbers, supported by the CFO.
